Am I eligible for CARES Act assistance?

If you operate a business that was in business on February 15, 2020 and you have 500 employees or less (for multi-site businesses, 500 or less per site) you are most likely eligible for benefits under the CARES Act, including the Paycheck Protection Program.

If you already reduced your staff in response to COVID-19 out of concern for your business' cash flow, you can most likely re-hire those individuals and apply for an SBA loan under the Paycheck Protection Program. See the FAQ page for more info.

NOTE: If you still lay off employees, the forgiveness will be reduced by the percent decrease in the number of employees.
