How do I apply for CARES?

This site is not a replacement for professional legal advice

This lawyer's site has an extensive FAQ. Paymyemployees.info is simply meant as a quick starting point.

Currently, the SBA web site has not been updated to contain full details on the Paycheck Protection Program. However, if you currently have a lending institution you use you should contact them to see if they are participating in the Paycheck Protection Program. You would then follow their guidance to apply for the loan.

If you do not have a current preferred lender or bank you use, visit the SBA web site and use the Lender Match tool, a free online referral tool that connects small businesses with participating SBA-approved lenders within 48 hours. As of March 27, 2020 the tool has not been updated to reflect the CARES Act; however, it should be updated soon.
